Lord, Hear Our Prayers (The Week of November 18, 2019)

"Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and
unsearchable things you do not know." (Jeremiah 33:3)

"O Lord, Hear My Prayer!" by Jude Roldan, 2015 Festival Chorus
Hi Family!!!

It is quite gloomy weather this morning without a sun which is hiding from us now. However, it means we still have a sun up there! It is just temporarily not seen from our eyes. So our new day and our new week is not so pessimistic at all since it will come out sooner or later. Furthermore, we are very optimistic in our life because our God is always here with us faithfully, saying “You are my children, the children of light!” So we are ready to begin our new day with this bright reminder from our living God today! Now we have our prayer list updated for this week. Let us continue to call upon the name of the Lord to take whatever comes in our life as an opportunity to testify God’s power and love for us! This is our reason why we have to experience God’s power of healing today in every aspect of our life. Our songs of joy and thanksgiving will never end!

Wisconsin Conference's new Delegation to represent not just Wisconsin Conference but God’s will in the future as they become able to see what God's will is for Christ’s Church; Our United Methodist Community of Faith - for God’s healing, healing for our wounded-ness and brokenness and for God’s guiding light in our every steps to follow only the Holy Spirit so that we don’t miss this divine opportunity to be cleansed and renewed by the power of Jesus Christ to be One with God and each other for God’s eternal Kingdom without losing hearts so that we are able to see Christ’s love from each other’s lives.

“O God, complete the work you have begun in us. Release through us a flow of mercy and gentleness that will bring water where there is desert, healing where there is hurt, peace where there is violence, beauty where there is ugliness, justice where there is brokenness, beginnings where there are dead-ends. Waken in us gratitude of our life, love for every living things, joy in what is human and holy, praise for you! We pray this in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.”
